Instructions
- Preheat Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat and place a grill pan on top. Allow the grill pan to heat for approximately 5 minutes until hot.
- Prepare Vegetables: Core and slice the red and green bell peppers into strips. Peel and slice the Vidalia onions into similar-sized strips. Place all the sliced vegetables into a large bowl.
